  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if offered)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or carrier issues are beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in working with the carrier.


International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
